Return & Refund Policy

Exclusive • Limited • One‑of‑a‑Kind Pieces

At GRAE COLLECTION, the majority of our items (approximately 90%) are unique, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces. Our inventory is limited, non‑repetitive, and most styles are available in a single unit. Because of this exclusivity, we ask all customers to carefully review all product details before completing a purchase, including:

  • Material and fabric descriptions
  • Brand information
  • Measurements and sizing
  • Fit notes and style characteristics
  • Condition notes (when applicable)
  • Any special indications listed in the product description

We emphasize this because we understand how disappointing it can be to receive an item that does not match expectations. As shoppers ourselves, we have experienced unclear descriptions, wrong sizing, and misleading photos — and we refuse to let that happen here.


Return Timeframe

Customers have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return review.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted, as most items are one‑of‑a‑kind and cannot be restocked or resold once removed from their original condition.

A return request does not guarantee approval.
Each case is evaluated individually based on the condition of the item and the reason provided.


Return Eligibility

Because our pieces are unique, not all orders qualify for returns.
To be considered, items must:

  • Match the description of the issue reported
  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Not be marked as Final Sale
  • Not be returned due to preference, fit, or change of mind

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved:

  • It must be for an item of equal value
  • If the customer selects a piece of higher value, the price difference must be paid
  • Identical replacements may not be available due to limited inventory

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood:

  • Sizing information

  • Any special conditions
